    Oregon Medical Mandated Reporting

    Chapter 677

    (1) Except as required in subsection (3) of this section, a physician, including an intern and resident, a physician assistant licensed under ORS 677.505 (Application of provisions governing physician assistants to other health professions) OR 677.525 (Fees), a naturopathic physician licensed under ORS chapter 685 or a registered nurse licensed under ORS chapter 678, who has reasonable cause to suspect that a person brought to the physician, physician assistant, naturopathic physician or registered nurse or coming before the physician, physician assistant, naturopathic physician or registered nurse for examination, care or treatment has had injury inflicted upon the person other than by accidental means, shall report or cause reports to be made in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of this section.
